This program aims to equip the participants with self-knowledge regarding their preferred conflict resolution style, how to respond to situations in which conflict is necessary to move forward not only related to legislation but for the advancement of the organization as well.
Students will learn:
- practical and transferable skills required to resolve internal and external conflicts in the HR context
- contemporary labor relations practices in Canada and will examine collective bargaining and grievance procedures, the related laws and regulations, and the administration of collective agreements

Graduation Timelines
Students can complete the Certificate of Completion in as little as 4 months. They are usually expected to complete their certificate within 60 months.
