There are many important elements to running and managing an organization. No matter what size an organization is or if it is a for profit-company, not-for-profit organization or a government services organization.

The mangers in these organizations have many roles to play in ensuring things run smoothly and that everyone understands the job. The program is ideal for the junior/middle lever managers working in Large Companies, Small Business Organizations, Non-Profit Organizations, and Government Services.

The three primary characteristics of a successful manager are effective communication skills, understanding HR issues, and having an ethical and socially responsible solutions to business problems. As a manager, the ability to communicate is punctuated when you are dealing with human resource issues. Ethics and socially responsible decisions may not lead the organization's to success but the lack of it may certainly lead to the failure.

This program aims at equipping the participants with the knowledge, skills and application required to be effective in all the above three areas.

Graduation Timelines

Students can complete the Certificate of Completion in as little as one semester.  They are usually expected to complete their certificate within 60 months.
