This program is designed for students who wish to enhance their leadership skills and develop new skills to help meet their career and organizational objectives. The program is aimed at providing a solid foundation for those looking to enter leadership positions and for those currently in front line or midlevel management positions. The program will build on the existing skills and experience of learners and apply those skills to workplace situations. Learners will enhance their skills in a variety of leadership related topics, including organizational planning, managing employee performance through communication, team-building, problem-solving, change management, and coaching.

This program will be better suited to individuals with at least 3 years of work experience

Course delivery

Courses are delivered asynchronously online. This means you do not have to log in at a specific day or time to complete your coursework. However, you are responsible for meeting all course due dates as posted within the course. Most courses will have weekly modules or assignments to complete. We recommend that students budget a minimum of 5 hours per week per 3-credit course they are taking online to be successful.
