This program aims to equip the participants with the knowledge, skills, and application required to be effective in designing programs to develop skills and competencies in a learning organization, which will inspire employees to be their best.
Students will:
- Learn about the different techniques used in the recruitment and selection of the best candidate.
- Explore various training principles and the importance of developing a training program.
- Explore the technical, legislative, political, social, and personal issues surrounding occupational health and safety.
