The program is ideal for managers of small business organizations, people aiming at being entrepreneurs or managers with entrepreneurial expectations/responsibilities within the organizations. The program focuses on three inter-related aspects of a building a business, viz; the process of converting a business idea to actual business, understanding the legalities involved in this process, and developing appropriate negotiation and leadership skill necessary to be a successful entrepreneur.
