SOC 1005   Ethics & Social Responsibility   Credits: 4

In this course, students will examine the key philosophies and theories which frame ethical thinking and will be given the tools to analyze problems and make ethical decisions. Students will then apply these tools to navigate common dilemmas and situations which they will encounter in the workplace. Finally, students will learn how to formulate policies which will help a business be socially responsible and prevent and deal with ethical problems.
