PSY 1106   Interpersonal & Tactical Response   Credits: 3

In this course, students will examine psychological theory and topics that are relevant to frontline professionals. Students will acquire knowledge about interpersonal communication skills and will have the opportunity to apply these skills in the development of their own personal communication style. In addition, students will be given the opportunity to reflect on their personal beliefs, values, and biases for each of the areas studied. Emphasis will be placed on tactical communication skills to help students respond appropriately to a variety of situations that may occur in the workplace.
