Additional scope concepts will address the project scope, work breakdown structure, scope validation and scope control. A second major output of this course will be a quality management plan that incorporates quality assurance techniques like quality audits and process analysis. In addition, quality control techniques will also be reviewed to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards set out in the quality management plan.
