MRT 1201   Radiographic Pathology I   Credits: 3

In this course, students will define the broad principles of general pathology. The signs, symptoms and characterization of pathology of the skeletal and central nervous system will be introduced. Students will discuss the various imaging modalities that assist in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases and pathology of the skeletal and central nervous systems. Students will develop the ability to recognize radiographic patterns consistent with pathologies of the skeletal and central nervous systems.
