MKT 2480   Consumer Behaviour   Credits: 3

In this course, students will develop and demonstrate a more detailed knowledge of consumers' consumption related behaviours. The key focus is on the student as a marketer, who studies Consumer Behaviour in order to develop, evaluate and implement effective marketing strategies. As well, on a macro level, students will examine the social/cultural environment and will debate and discuss the ethical concerns that consumers have about behavioral marketing applications.
