In this course, students will begin to identify and apply concepts and strategies relating to the contemporary marketing process. Emphasis will be placed on building knowledge of the basics of Marketing decision-making in organizations. Topics include, but not limited to, Creating and Capturing Customer Value; Partnering to Build Customer Relationships; Analyzing the Marketing Environment; Understanding Consumer and Business Behaviour; Segmenting, Targeting and Positioning; Developing and Managing Products and Services.
