LAW 1010   Canadian Criminal Justice   Credits: 3

In this course, students will be provided with an overview of the Canadian Criminal Justice System. The goal of this course is to identify how each (typically independant component) of the system works to achieve peace, order and justice within Canada. Both historic and contemporary issues will be discussed to illustrate how the system evolves to achieve "justice".
