INT 1007   Instrumentation II   Credits: 4

In this course, students will be introduced to the fundamentals of Instrumentation as it applies to Flow and Temperature. Students will be able to draw and explain the theory of operation of these instruments for the parameters of typical Flow and Temperature measurements. Lab work on trainers will reinforce the theory where students will install, and connect various pieces of instrumentation equipment like float switches, differential pressure meters, thermocouples, and rtd's and thermal energy in a heating and cooling process.
