HRP 7215   Labour Relations   Credits: 4

In this course, students will be introduced to contemporary labour relations practices in Canada. The course is hands-on in its approach. Students will use practical simulation to reinforce the theoretical material and to highlight important labour relations issues. Notably, students will examine collective bargaining, the grievance procedure, the related laws and regulations, and administration of collective agreements.
