HDM 2320   Diesel Engines III   Credits: 2

In this course, students will be introduced to basic internal combustion diesel engine components and proper terminology. They will be able to identify, explain and describe component location and principles of operation. The students will use proper service procedures to inspect, diagnose, test and repair cooling systems components, lubricating system components and air induction and exhaust systems components following manufacturers' recommendations and safe work practices.
