FIT 1500   Physical Fitness And Wellness I   Credits: 3

In this course, students will be introduced to the concepts of physical fitness and wellness through lectures, practical experience, and self-evaluation. Students will participate in physical fitness training sessions to develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Furthermore, students will design and implement effective personal fitness programs to prepare them to meet Bona Fide Occupational Requirements and help them attain/maintain the fitness standards that is required in the Justice field.
