CIV 2410   Soil Mechanics II   Credits: 4

In this course, students will study principles of soil mechanics including theoretical design, and practical field or laboratory applications. Students will also be introduced to concepts of permeability, drainage, capillarity, subsurface stress, frost heave, settlement, and shear strength theory.
